What is minimum percentage required to study in Canada.?

I am 12 science student and I think that I will got percentage between 60 to 70 .
Now i want to go to do bachelor in Canada . I want to do BBA there which is commerce field .
Soo can I eligible with this percentage.

most of college accept above 60+ percentage which is first division , but if u want to in university they may have higher requirement.

I get 68% in my last year bcom
And I get 37% in first year and 40% in second year bcom
And I get speaking :-7 bands
Reading :-7.5 bands
listening:- 7 bands
Writing :-7.5 vands
Is that any changes for Me to get Canada student visa
