What is meant by 3 years or more experience.

Hi

When calculating my score using crs score calculator at cic website it asks for how much experience do I have. It states "3 years or more". Does that mean that exact 3 years experience is good enough or it should be more than that.

My experience is exact 3 years. Not a day more or less.

Only then my score is 471 if I choose 3 years or more.

Need guidance

Anyway, if you are sure you have 3 years then you can choose 3 years. You don't need a single day more than 3 years to claim that point.

But ensure you have 3 years and not less.

No - they won't consider this as 3 years. It's 2 years.
