i don't think there is any clue/hint about rejection or acceptance. its only the intimation that the application has been processed and has been released.

seniors can interpret the message better.

oh dear! now why did u do that they might consider it as an incomplete application. since appn. minus medicals should typically be general.. but that needs more documents. u can only pray :
