Yesterday I received information letter in my gckey saying application is under process. Can someone explain what is this or this is answer of my webform inquiry?

Hi, Webform is a way to contact IRCC and ask about your application for example your application takes more time than expected then you can as them about it. using a web form another thing if you forgot to include a document in your file you can use that portal to include that specific document

And GC key is the way to login in your application
