hi,
If you have a college diploma or university degree already then you can complete the advanced diploma(3 year post secondary diploma) in 2 year instead of 3 year mean you can get admission in direct 2nd year of this diploma......but you must have 14 year academic back round.

14 year academic background overall, does this include the pre-school and grade school, if yes, i think everyone with a bachelors degree have right?

1-yes over all 14 year academic is required.
2-Yes college diploma or degree is required for admission in fast track program......
3-i think 6 semester for 3 year and 2 semester for tast track program 2 year....

No i mean if you go for fast track your semester will be 4 and you will gain 3 year diploma in 2 year.

I have completed my bachelor in mechanical and I got 6 bands in IELTS so is it safe to apply in advance diploma fast track ??? And it can affect on PR ???
