What is "Employer Declaration Form" for Closed Work permit?

Hello everyone,

I just got my PNP and now going to apply for a closed work permit.

However, the required documents that I find on my MYCIC account is "Employer Declaration Form".

Does anyone know what it is? My company paid in the Employer Portal, and only gave me the employment number.

That number which starts with an A is all you need,Since you are LMIA exempt,They pay the employer compliance fee .You are good to go

Oh I see. I saw in the list that I need to upload this form

After employer paid the compliance fee, do I need to wait for approval or I can use it right away?
