What is ECA procedure in detail?

I have done M.Sc.(I.T.) (5 years integrated course (3+2)).

I have collected my transcript (bachelor and master in continuous pages (total-2)).

Steps are remaining to be follow
1. Transcript verification from the university.
2. Degree certification verification from the university (bachelor and master)
3. Envelop all.

here the concern is how to send the documents for ECA?
My both verified bachelor and master degree certification in single envelop or in two envelop?
What about my transcript?

Check with the equivalence tool which stated - 3 years bachelor and 2 years masters degree.

Please advice me on the correct steps to be followed.
