Do you mean DELF? You might want to send an email asking them since according to CIC's website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp DELF isn't approved to demonstrate French. If your case is for Quebec instead of Federal, they may accept it but you'll have to consult with the BIQ office responsible for your application.
