What is cohabitation? Im confused :(

Eeeek!!! I have a new problem. God this seems unending! Im confused with periods of cohabitation.. My husband and i lived together after we got married..we were together in one house for just 3 months. Now cohabitation means living together WITHOUT getting married. Should i answer this as a yes? Hmmmmm or should i say no..help pls!!!
