Might be from Biometrics, I got it too they waived it because I didnt need to do it.

Hello Everyone,

I just noticed that my credit card has been charged $184 in this merchant name(CITIZEN&IMM-EAPPS ENLIGNE) . It was charged after a week of our passports sent to Ottawa office. I am just wondering if it is genuine or fake? Please let me know, if any one of you have been charged like this.

Guys I need your help, I sent my application for PR and Open work permit on July 2020, they returned my application on dec 2020 as incomplete, both the work permit and the pr app, I resent everything on January 2021 along with the same receipt ( 550+85) for the Pr and $255 for the open work permit, on march 16 I realize I got 100 cad refunded from canada immigration and I don't understand the reason why ? I am now thinking that maybe they refunded my all work permit receipt fee but in that case they should have refunded the full 255 because my application was never processed.
