Dear Qorax and other senior members
We have encountered with a problem.. we sent our RPRF & PPs(only recent ones) on 17th March out of which RPRF got encashed the same day. We have tracked our medicals..they also reached on 17th March But unfortunately, till now we have not received any communication from VO except the RPRF receipt. We sent 2-3 queries via case specific inquiry and general inquiry but they have never responded till now.

Today one of our forum member(Always +ve) with same timeline as ours has received an email asking him to submit the old expired passports after he sent an inquiry to ND. He did not send it earlier for the ambiguous wordings "valid passports".

Now plz guide what should we do? Should we send our old PPs without being asked by VO or should wait for their reply or ask them again.?! But one never knows when will they ask and this simply leads to delay in the process.

@ Kpopi, We are from the same region. 20A is like 2WA, Just relax. You will hear from them soonest. That i believe.

i wonder if you could help in understanding this, my case details are below:
2nd AOR received: 12 Aug 2009 (cairo visa office)
1st BFD was on 2 Nov 2010.
(i got this BFD from a caips i ordered in Feb, no work was done on my file at all)
then, my case turns to "In-Process" with RBVO details inside on 5 April 2011
i ordered another CAIPS and the BFD was change to 1 April 2011. however, no markes were given to my file, no selection, nothing (received the second caips on end of may 2011)!!!

since 1 April till date, do you think that they didn't even calculate my marks to see whether i reached the 67 pionts yet? or they might have already did it but didn't update the caips system?
what do you think Qorax? when do you think that i should be receiving anything from the embassy?
bearing in mind that they keep saying that the current processing time for post nov 2008 files will take 24 months, i am now on the 22nd

do you think that they didn't even reach the paper screening step yet?

U r retrieving your CAIPS prematurely. It shouldn't be fetched before 8 months apart... 'coz, much action might not be done.

With RBVO - it suggests that the case is now under the radar of the VO -- file is out-of the queue, but 'work' hasn't commenced. Action/s on the file starts after few months of the e-Cas statement of 'in process'.

As u get the PSDEC - it'd mean that your points have been calculated... but, it might yet not be reflected 'coz the VO might haven't made a final determination.
