What is Admissible???

I hv a criminal record with fine $1500. I reported to Custom when I entered Canada. Can I say that I am admissible person?

or

Can they deport me any day they like?

If you were admissible, CBSA gunned you to jail, what are you going to do? I said IF. If you just jailed you and do not allow you to have a lawyer and phone call, what are you going to do?
