Can anyone tell what is this ghost email.and what is it's effect on immigration processing.i recently got that ur account is updated but nothinh

New in account.what does it mean.

Your question has the answer in it. You got an email saying that your account has been updated but when you go to IRCC portal you see nothing has really changed - that is what we call as ghost email.

Its effect on your case could vary according to the stage your application lies in. If you just got your AOR it would most likely mean they have taken your application forward at the backend and you can expect further updates very soon.
