What is 2024 timeline for PR visa stamping in New Delhi office

Sep 16: Submitted to VFS Mumbai
Sep 18: Reached IRCC office
Oct 15: Decision envelope dispatched to VFS Delhi
Oct 16: Received COPR and immigrant visa

Anyways I have submitted my and My Spouse's Passports on 18 Oct. Can anyone help in suggesting how much time is it gonna take as I need to travel before 20 November.
