What if I am in Canada when Medical is requested or an interview is requested. Would that be a problem? Should I be able to do the medical while in Canada and conduct the interview there?

You can do the medical in Canada, but the interview is in your country of residence.

Thanks for the info. If an interview is required, can I go back to my country alone? Or my whole family must return to my country first then re-enter to Canada to get the PR?
