Can anybody let me know. My medical was done march 2014 and landing fees was paid in feb 2014 what if my PPR doesn't come before that.....
 
Medicals are valid for One year , if that is the case as you mentioned you have to do your medicals again .
 
I have heard people say cic trys its best for medical not to expire. I am not sure how true is that.

Mine is about to expire in Feb. 2015...
all the certified documents and ielts test result are expiring soon.. ???

Yes Medical is valid for 1 Year. (In some cases Don't remember exactly) if you are in Canada continuously for more than 18 Month and although your MR is 1 year old it will be considered.

If you will order Your GCMS note after Apr 2015 (condition : You have not received PPR by that time) Tiy will see in VO note "Medical Passed - Expired More than 6 Month"

CIC may issue extension to your medical certificate if it expired or about to expire. Here are more details:

So if at some point you get request from CIC to update residence history it may mean that CIC is about to extend medical certificate.
