Just to know what is current time frame to get 2nd test invitation.

it is somewhere between 3-6 months
Two of my acquaintances had failed. Once was sent a 2nd invite after about 5 months and the other precisely after 143 days.
Not sure what will happen in your case. BTW, the first one was a family and all applications got delayed, not sure for how long, but it did. Second was a single application and for this one it only got delayed for 4 months

IN familiy application, if one is failed test with 14/20 score and rest of people passed. will it delay the processing

if failed person will get 2nd test , if so how soon will get in current trend.

I would check if the person who failed is genetically related to the others. (j/k)

no, still waiting..more than 4 months have passed for me..
