What if Nomination got DENIED...

Hi everybody!

Just from reading threads in these forum, I noticed almost all of us are patiently waiting for our nominations... What if, (knock on wood) someone got denied, what to do best? No doubt time is going by sooo fast, call me crazy but I can feel 2015 coming so soon. It means TFW's will be sent home to their respective countries, that's gonna include me if I'm not lucky enough. Oh! I hope not.

Please feel free to share your thoughts, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is worried sick about it...

I'm not being pessimistic about my case, I just wanna know what to do before it's too late...

Wow! Congratulations!I imagine all the sleepless nights that you've been through.
You're lucky you had all the time to re-apply, I only have one shot and I'm really hoping that this one will work or else I'll be sent home.. I hope I'd get a happy ending too just like you and the others..

I am waiting for Decision made from CIC I applied to cic in Oct 2013 got nominated by SK in Sep 2013

the first time that i was rejected, i didn't fulfill the requirement of at least 2 years of post secondary education
the 2nd time, i was rejected because the forms were changed.

only receive my orange sticker on the 3rd try

Hi There,

Can you guys enlighten me ? I've been waiting for my nomination for almost 8 months now ><, and finally last month they told me that they have made decision on my application, however they wont tell me over the phone if my nomination got rejected or not. they just told me to wait for the letter that will be send sometime this month.

I'm just curious why they wont tell me over the phone regarding the decision.

info regarding my application:

PNP ontario
sent my nominee application and received file number on September 2013

just wanna ask the first time you got rejected what did you do? did you went back to school and study to fullfill the 2 years of post secondary education? thanks for the reply

i was still a student in my 3rd year of university and had another year before i graduate from school. So once i graduated, i applied again. Took me a while to get all the documents to be certified by notary public and fill in the documents, back then we had to hand fill quite a number of forms.

Submitted for the 3rd time in Sept 2009 and finally got nominated in Aug 2011. I applied under the now-defunct family stream. Seems like the current programs wouldn't take such a long time. Anyway 4 years have passed and I'm still waiting for my PR. it has been a long long wait

mumay_fort, what makes u think that your application will be denied.

It's not that I think that I would be denied, I'm just trying to think outside the box,like what if..? Then what would I do next? April 2015, TFW's will be sent home. I wanna know what other options I have, just incase unlikely happen. But, aside from being negative about this situation, I'm praying really hard, I hope nomination come soon...
