What if my wife is having a baby during FSW application

I have applied FSW in late 2014 and my wife is included in the application. We are planning to have a baby in this year, could anyone advise me the followings?

(1) if my wife is pregnant and give birth before the CIC approve my application, is that possible to include my baby as PR?

(2) if my wife is pregnant and is that possible to give birth in Canada? How is the expense in Canada?

1) You have to update CIC with any changes to your family make up so just notify them and they will tell you what to do.

2) it is very expensive. A basic hospital birth is running about 15,000 with specialized care the sky is the limit. I remember someone who posted in 2014 their stay was over 70,000.
