what if my pnp certificate is expired ?

Now . it takes time in CIC to reply .
if they return my file for uncompleted , and at that time my nomination certificate was expired .
do the province renew it ?
and how can i manage that ?
what are the procedures ?

What province?
AINP will extend it only once. After that, they won't. Other provinces might do something similar.
