For e.g. in the EE system the working start time is year plus month. According to the system I fill the starting time Apr,2015 then I think the system will add the working one year score March, 2016. So my score that time will be around 450 something. Just assume ITA happens the I get it at the beginning of this March.
Should I submit my application or not?

Because according to the EE(CEC) I worked less than 52 weeks for full-time( 40 hours per week). But the system will calculate from Apr,2015 - March,2016 as a full year.
Another thing is the ITA will be expired in 60 days if I don't submit it. By 60 days later, It will be May this year. Due to my age reason my score will be decrease to less than 450... So tricky.

Having a birthday after getting an ITA is not a problem - the age is locked so you won't lose points because of your birthday. In such an eventuality as you have described, you can submit your application after you've completed 52 weeks of work experience without worrying about your birthday.

But from I get ITA till after 52 weeks. That might be more than 60 days.

Unlikely. But if you do not complete 52 weeks within those 60 days, you'll have to decline that ITA and wait for another one.

Ok, thanks.

One more question, can I mail them an old Police certificate then mail them a new one after I have a FN?
Will that be possible to be rejected?

Risky proposition. Might work but that depends on the discretion of the officer assessing your application. Try and submit a complete application the first time around.

Thanks Asivad for you kind help to all members,

It happened to some members here including myself, that we received the points for 1 year Canadian experience before completing 1 full calendar year and hence received ITA. It is little confusing.

From my understanding, since the applicant entered the correct starting date for a job, EE system consider the 1 year experience at a certain point electronically (according to certain calculations I don't know about). but I mean that the EE system gave the applicant the points and then ITA, therefore there should not be any problem from applicant side.

Your reply states that one should decline an ITA if he didn't complete 52 weeks on the day of AOR.

Did anyone got rejected for not completing 1 calendar year, although he entered the information correctly & EE system itself which gave him the points/ITA ?

Thanks again.

As the system doesn't ask for dates, what probably happens is that the system awards points up to 8 weeks in advance of them being due. This could be CIC's way of clubbing the 'to-be-acquired' months within the 60 day deadline for post ITA submission. Hence the suggestion that an applicant must wait till they complete 52 weeks before submission, that way they would still have some days left out of the 60 days granted for post ITA submissions. And you wouldn't run the risk of being rejected for not meeting eligibility. Members have reported refusal for not meeting eligibility. Also remember that for every reported refusal, there could be dozens of unreported refusals.

The only complication that can arise is if someone gets a 'premature' ITA, loses/quits their job before completing 52 weeks and still submits an application. I imagine that such an application will be rightly refused.

Thanks Asivad for clarifying,

Should the (review of eligibility) in myCIC account stay (in progress) till the day of PPR ? or should be updated in the middle of the process.

For me It has been around 4 months since AOR in Septemeber and still (Review in Progress).

It that normal ?

It stays that way till a decision is made on your application.

Hi Asvid,

I come under FSW Inland and working for the same employer from the last 2.4 years.

I was about to complete 2 years on 13th Oct 2015.
I received ITA on 8th Sept(1 month and 5 days ahead) and this ITA had points included for the 2 years.
I applied for PR and received AOR on 6th Oct.

What are my chances?

Regards,
SaiKan

Got My PPR yesterday.
Rejection is not applicable to FSW Inland workers who can meet the requirements with in 60 days.

May be I was lucky too. So to avoid such scenarios try applying only after you meet the ITA requirements.
