I am inland applicant (AINP SRS) and have Open Work Permit .
I submitted my PR application and got AOR . Also I got a request to pay RPRF and my medical status is Passed

What if I get laid off then I will back with same job and same employer after couple months.

My nomination certificate has the following detail:-
prov territory/stream: Worker- Without a Job Offer
Employer name: N/A
Restriction of Employment: NO

Nothing happens, your Alberta nomination is not an employer bound, so I assume, that you got selected due to your studies or work experience in Alberta. Just follow post AOR process and all is ok. If you want to have peace of mind you can inform your province that you have lost your job and you seek a new job in Alberta of course thats all.

To be clear I will stay unemployment for couples of months then I will back with same job and same employer.

For example : If I get injury or travel back home

I am in a similar situation right now, I won't be laid off though. Work is getting a little bit hectic and the business might close down.

I am a BCpnp Nominee with OWP, AOR and no restriction. I tried reading many forum posts and most say its a grey area.

If you don't say anything there is a huge change nothing will happen, cause CIC don't really ask abt the employer unless something fishy happened in their security check.

There is another option of calling your province and telling them that you lost your job but you are applying for other jobs under the same NOC.

From what I read, most ppl that called the province they applied for said its okay as long as they look for a job and update them with paperwork.

They won't really deny you the nomination, at least that's what I feel.

I just got my AOR early this month, if I lost my job within the next couple of months, I would call the province. But if I had couple of months left for the PR, id keep quiet.

I hope someone gives us clear answers in the future.

Good luck

my situation is different because if somehow IRCC call/email my employer, my employer will tell him/her that I am still working with him in the same job.
Also if somehow IRCC call/email me and ask about my employer , I can provide him/her a job description from my employer that I am still working and I don't change my job.

Because I will get holidays for couple of months (stop working) then I will continue working wih the same job & same employer.

Do you think I have to inform AINP or IRCC about that ?? even I got my nomination without employer support at all ( stream: Worker- Without a Job Offer & Employer Name: N/A )

Oh in that case I don't think you should worry too much. Cause if they called, they wouldn't ask for any Paperwork, They will only ask if you are still working.

I also really think they won't call unless CiC found something weird in your application and asked the province for more info.

Good luck !

What I know There is NO employment check for PNP - PR applications , unless you change your job then you contact IRCC about that OR your PNP stream is employer driven stream.

Even u get laid off, no problem for u. As u have no employer restrictions. So relax and don't worry.
