What if I get a job??

I have put my resume to find a job in Canada prior to filing my immigration case. I have been contacted by a few employers recently.

But as I see it takes long time when you finally get green signal to pack up and board your flight. Is the employer going to wait for years until I migrate? If I get a job and then apply for immigtaion case, its going to push my points but then how my future employer is going to be involved?

Shall I ask him to prepare some doc. as a supporting proof of my job and then keep waiting until I .......?

it is not easy to get a job offer from outside of Canada, but if you get it, it will speed up your process
