What if I fail to upload a few documents before the 90 day deadline after receiving ITA...

Hello All,

Due to my job, i often have to be in the sea for long durations.
If for some reason, i receive an ITA and i am not able to upload all my documents in time...What will be the consequences?
Is there a way i can explain them my situation?
Is there some kind of a web form one fills and mentions the documents they were not able to procure?

or there is a simple A4 size letter one writes to IRCC and mentions their grivences?

The documents i am worried about are

Police clearance certificate
Medical
i believe biometrics are raised after AOR so that is not in the picture yet..

What stream you are targeting? When do expect your ITA i mean what is your current CRS?
In an ITA you will be given the opportunity to explain any unclear issues to your immigration case officer through what so called LOE letter of explanation. But not necessarily the officer will understand.

My life is on hold since no draws are taking place.
Each month is costing me a month of salary..

I just want to know what kind of a system exists for telling our grivences...like mate i couldn't do the medical yet.i will do it in a few weeks..or i couldn't get my PCC yet..i will do it once i am home..

Is there some kind of a google form or you write a letter etc?

They do not really pay attention to individuals, all what IRCC care about is achieving their pre set goals, they do not count themselves accountable for potential immigrants they deal with massive crowds and it has been very profitable and successful for them.

Just give an access to someone you know at least to accept an ITA if you receive one.

Yeah OP should ask someone to do it on his behalf. @arvind92 Why OP? Why you don't think about such options? Maybe OP doesn't trust anyone. woah damn sometimes I can't trust myself.
