What if CEC Cap exhausted.

Hello experts..

I am planning to apply under CEC in Nov. But I am afraid it might get exhausted by then. So what options do i have. Shall wait for express or apply under federal ? or any other suggestions.

If the cap is exhausted you can look at FSW, PNP.

And what makes you think that.. I have checked the tab its already 3K/8K

they might update after receiving the application (not after sending AoR)and in that case 2700 applications in 4 months then odds are that it wont exhaust until November......

I am also planning to apply in 2nd week of December 2014 before EE come in jan 2015. current cap is 3087/8000 so hopefully it wont be 8k as we have 3 months

yehh is should not be.. i am kinda tracking it and it seem we have enough margin...
