what if cec application refused and have bowp in hand?

hello guys,

I was wondering what happens if you have BOWP in hand and your cec application refused. Can we work until bowp expire or we need to leave country as I think bowp is only for if you are waiting for your pr decision. Any response will be much appericiated

In this case you can work in Canada till your BOWP expiry date.
But after that it will not renew

The reason i asked this question was my application for CEC is under second review and i have a feeling it may get rejected due to eligibility issue. As the last GCMS i ordered VO mentioned that 'Duties in LOE is too generic and unable to confirm work experience in the specified noc 2241'. so i was thinking to apply for AINP engineering stream with better LOE and all. But since AINP takes 13 months or so. So if i apply by the end of Jan 2015. I will probably have nomination certificate next year so i can maintain my status as a worker.

Why dont u provide an updated list of duties from your employer to CIC? Manty applicants have done it and it has worked.

thanks for suggestion I think I will fry to get updated letter from my employer.
My question is can I just get a letter with duties only or have to get the letter with all other stuff including salary and all that.
Also my latter was prepared by my manager last time. Can I get letter from supervisor instead.
Let me know.
