What if apply for TFW visa with academic ielts.

I did ielts in academic module and apply for lmo on basis of that ielts. Next week i was ready with my file to launch but today my consultant call me and said for work permit you need general module ielts. What should i do. Is it possible to launch work permit file with academic ielts. As academic IELTS is much tougher then general IELTS.

To much confused please sugest me the right wAy your suggestions can help me.

I dont see any issue with that. Academic is more value added than GT. So, that should be fine for you to go with AT.

Thats what i think too , so i am planning to go with academic one.
Someone said to me if they need general then canadian embessy will request for it along with your medical request.

CIC are very specific about their rules and immigration officers follow them without exceptions.
if it says general module then your academic test results will not be accepted,i know academic module is tougher and proves more but immigration officers will not consider that and over look it.
your immigration consultant is right.
