Hi i had a few questions. But first I want to say I have sent out my in-canada class spouse sponsership and my visa extension application the same time. About a week ago. (my passport visa stamp expires nov 20th 2017. I am an american. I sent everything they asked on the visa extension application (including something they didnt ask...the recipt for my spouse sponsership so they would know i did pay for it as well as a letter explaining its in canada class and I need to stay within status here so that Is why i am asking for a 6month extension while i wait on my immigration. But my questions are:

1.What if they dont give me an extension? I am in-canada class and cant leave canada because it disqualifies me from doing in-class sponsership (or doesnt it?)
2. If they tell me to leave.....can i leave back to america and fly back in to canada or once i fly back into canada does that disqualify or make void my in-canada class spouse sponsership application?
3. What if they tell me i must leave but i stay instead....doesnt cic say that an out of status person can still continue there in-canada class sponsership application and get permanent residence? Im so terrified! i dont know what to do.

Calm blue ocean, calm blue ocean!

First you are way ahead of yourself. Currently extensions are taking just under 6 months to get to processing. I wouldn't be fretting just yet. IF it does get refused, come back and discuss it then. I believe after a refusal, you can apply for restoration, but other can clarify that. Americans usually don't get refused, particularly if you have included proof of your PR application.

Why didn't you include an OWP app with your inland PR app?
