Typically the fee is not refundable if the application is processed and denied. Being returned because of a missing form, or supporting document, does not require a new payment. Your original receipt should be fine.

There is a 30$ fee difference from when i applied in March and resubmitted in june. Will they request it later on? What will happen with that?

I had applied in March and it was returned in May due to missing information.. but the fee was not refunded... so I paid the difference as per the new fees structure and wrote a letter of explanation and then re-submitted in May.

In your case, I would suggest to wait until you receive an AOR.. because even if you pay $30 now, there is no way to notify IRCC since you dont have an application number to link the fees with... But its best to consult a professional for such advices :)
