Sinp piu sent a mail to a friend that her relative left the province after she got nomination that she should tell them why and when she left, also, if she still want to stay in the province and at what stage is her application process with IRCC. What can become of her fate since sinp already knows

If her SINP score high enough without relative scores then her application will proceed. If she has been sent a PIU then she needs to show her score is still high enough for that draw. If not, her application will be cancelled and closed. You say she still wants to stay in the province so she must be living there now. Is she eligible for another SINP stream to enter the draw again.

Do you have an idea of timeframe they will use to get back on the final decision? And before they get back will IRCC still be working on the profile? Also, she is outside Canada.

If your friend has a PIU then SINP officials know that she doesn’t have a relative living in the province. Does she have enough points with counting relative points for that draw? There are no set timelines as officers can take as long as they want once PIU is sent. Did she reply to the PIU or not?

Yes she has replied already, That her relative left temporarily for economic purpose which will benefit Saskatchewan and support Rural Saskatchewan small businesses and farmers. Her relative has a company in Saskatchewan but have not started because she needed some work experience before she can start, so when she get the experience, she will be back to the province. She attached the certificate of incorporation and the registration name.

Will they withdraw the nomination certificate, having explained that it's to the benefit of the province that he his coming back and the certificate of incorporation is attached to the reply. Also what happens to her federal application. She has not gotten AOR, will they refund her if otherwise happened

Who is coming back? If the relative has left, he has to show that he has lived in the province for the past year. Has nothing to do with being a benefit to the province. Maybe your friend will get lucky and they don’t withdraw but the relative doesn’t live in Saskatchewan. Don’t know about refunds.

So in summary, the bitter truth is that her nomination certificate will be withdrawn
