what happens if one gets student visa late?

I wanted to ask what happens in the situation if one gets the student visa after september? Can we use the same visa for next intake in September or would it become useless and have to apply all over again?

Has anyone experienced getting the visa late i.e after the opening of university and defers till the next sept?

You can use the same visa for next term intake, only if you have approved deferral letter from your school.

I believe CIC will request for a new Admission letter before issuing it out. Atleast thats what i know. You can read around it

I applied my student visa on March 19th,till now no response from the embassy.it's showing only medical passed.I need to attend my class on may 6th.I dnt know what to do now
