What happens if my job contains two NOCs?

What should I do? I work as a Civil Engineer, but also as a project manager/administrator.
So technically I fit under:
NOC 2131Civil Engineers - http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/NOC/QuickSearch.aspx?ver=16&val65=2131
NOC 1221 Administrative Officers - http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/NOC/QuickSearch.aspx?ver=16&val65=1221

For each of these NOC codes I meet about 60-70% of the duties they have. I'm just not sure what I should put down for when I apply.

Please can anyone provide advice

It doesn't really matter as long as it is NOC 0, A, or B AND aligns with your job duties and responsibilities as listed in your experience letter. There is no advantage for one NOC over the other NOC. Good Luck!
