I have a question. If an international student is in their final semester, but ends up failing one of their courses........what do they do? They obviously cannot apply for PGWP because they can't graduate.
So should they extend their study permit and re-do the failed course the next semester? But how, when registration occurs in the current semester and there won't be any seats left for the next semester by the time the current semester is over. And registration requires a non-refundable deposit, so is it wise to spend that money as a backup?
Or can a student just take the next semester off and complete the course in the subsequent semester. Will IRCC accept that? Will they say its an improper break in studies and deny PGWP?
