What happens after you submit your PR file?

So, I got my ITA and submitted all the required documents and paid the fee. What happens next? I couldn't get Pay stubs from my Indian employer however he did give me Job letter. i have almost two and half years of skilled work experience in Canada. Is there any chance they will send back my file because I couldn't submit pay stubs?
I'm just freaking out.
