I have a few questions regarding the citizenship application while and after processing?
1- Can I leave Canada while my application is being processed? If yes, what's the longest period?
2- Can I take the IELTS exam in my home country while I am away?
3- Can I take the citizenship online in my home country while I am away?
4- Do I need to pay income taxes if I work abroad for years?
5- I know my health care and driver's license will expire and will be inactive while I am away for years, can a Canadian citizen renew them later?
I am not planning to leave the country after becoming a citizen, but I may get a good work opportunity somewhere else. If so, I will eventually return to Canada.
