Hi there,
After emailing the my London visa office they kindly told me that my application is almost complete, should be finalized within the next week!
So then I will receive a confirmation of permanent residency...and then what?
I'm in Canada as a visitor, so do I just need to go to the border (easy, since I'm in Ottawa) and get stamped in? Or do I need to send my passport to London? I had a work permit until last week and my employer would have liked to keep me, but without a work permit I couldn't work. They said though, that if I get my pr soon, they can take me back. So now I'm wondering what kind of time line I'm looking at, if I get the confirmation of permanent residency let's say next week? Can I start working right after receiving the letter?
Thank again in advance![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
