Just wondering can a person re-enter the EE pool after leaving Canada? My friend has already entered the pool with one year of Canadian working experience but hasn't got any invatation yet (score around 440) . Her PGWP expires soon… is it possible for her to work in home country with NOC 0/A/B and update her overseas experience to EE after one yr of overseas working experience (which will also make her more competitive) ?

You do not have to be currently living in Canada to qualify under CEC.
Leaving Canada will not cause her profile to become ineligible. If her profile expires (after being in the pool for 1 year), she can immediately create a new profile, regardless of whether or not she is in Canada.
Gaining 1 year of foreign work experience will increase her CRS, though.
