what happen to Non-canadian mother deliver a Baby in Canada from Canadian father

Our baby will born in Canada.
Can my wife get a immigration status if we want to spend more time in canada ounce our baby is born?

Your baby is already Canadian because you are even if that baby is born in another country. You would still have to sponsor your wife as your spouse so she can obtain Permanent Resident status.

Immigration benefits can be granted to both wives and mothers. However in the case of mothers, their children must be adults who are earning an income before they can sponsor a parent for PR.

In other words, your wife derives no immediate benefits from giving birth to a Canadian citizen child. You will need to sponsor her for PR as her husband if you plan on living in Canada (or spending a great deal of time here) after the child's birth.

Will this become a "negative" effect for her when she applies for visitor visa? We spend about 9 mounths a year outside canada but we visit my familly and we have a property in canada where we go about 4 times a year, for holidays season and summer mainly.

She had visas before to visit and she always respected the rules etc.. But when she becomes the mother of a canadian baby will she be considered a "risk" and will that have a negative impact on obtaining a visitor visa? We are not married (legally speaking) byt we live together in her country.

I don't think you will get a negative response on your wife's visa application due to having a Canadian baby. If you are spending a lot of your time outside Canada with the Canadian baby then I don't see any reason for CIC to deny your wife a Canadian TRV.

The only time I can see getting a possible negative TRV is due to you and your child are already living in Canada while the wife applys. With you and child, especially, CIC may doubt that the wife will indeed leave Canada back to home country leaving behind a husband and child. It is harder to convince CIC otherwise.

Please also take in mind that you will have to pay for the childs birth.
This is quite expensive and the slightest complications can get you easily over 10,000 $.
Unless your wife is from a country where health care compared to Canadas standards is very low quality and you have the money to pay for the delivery I dont think its worth it.
Like already said your baby will be canadian anyways and your wifes status doesnt benefit from it either.

As stated above, chances are you will bear the medical cost of delivering the baby in Canada as she is probably not on provincal health care. The cost can go as high as 10,000 or more, especially if the baby is premature baby. Then it can rise very high.

There was a case of an austrailan couple that came to visit Canada. The wife was 6 months pregnant. The baby came unexpectly born very prematurely. The baby was kept in hospital for 3 months and their bill come to a million dollars.

So if there are complications to the baby, expect a very high medical bill.

If that is the case, why was the austrailian couple get billed with a million dollar medical bill. The baby become canadian once born but the couple still get stuck with the bill.

If I'm not mistaken, when the baby is born, the medical expenses are put under the mother's health care for 1st 3 months. This would explain why the austrailian couple still got stuck with the bill.

This also applies in the US. Any medical expenses the newborn incurs will be put under the mother's insurance for first 3 months until newborn in regisitered with insurance company. This will give the insurance companies the ability to still provide insurance coverage to newborns not listed under insurance.

You can always apply but I'd be shocked if you got it. We did not get it retroactively to our daughter's birth, only retroactively to when we started living in Canada. (Canadian citizen husband/kids, US citizen/Canadian PR wife). Also they actually did it based on when I became a PR not when my husband husband and child re-entered Canada
