what happen if work experience not accepted

hi
suppose in your express entry you claim 3 years and more but later when they requested your documents
then they decide based on their decision and other factors you have 2 years
but system selected you based on your claim ... so what will happen NEXT ?
from applicant's perspective he/she has 3 years legal work history , through officer it consider 2
so can anyone tell me what can be its solution ?

but question here , from applicant side [honestly talking] he has recommendation letter,work experience history from authorized organization,....but suppose he lost his contract documents,or pay slip or.....
can expert consultant help in this situation ?
how can be sure for claiming for work experience ?
in which case applicant can have enough and certain sure to claim his work experiences?
+ : work experience letter from employer
+ : approved from authorized governmental organization
+ : contract document
what else ?

what would be the Next Consequences should applicant expect ? Just refusing ?

i want to know in case of applicant really worked there , but Not acceptable from officer's side
does it solvable via talking ? or no it enters in complext step ? or just applican's representative should Defending from his Client?

I don't know what you want to hear. If the officer decides that you do not have the work experience that you claimed, then that is the decision.
