(i still waiting for my pr).

thanks very much@@@

Are you being sponsored by your wife for PR?

Then you no longer qualify for PR, and would need to remove yourself from the application.

If you are being sponsored for PR by your wife, get separated/divorced, but still do PR landing in Canada as "married", then both you and your wife would be committing immigration fraud.

how come we marriage for over 8 years and we have 2 kids so what bicos we want seppert the will not approve me and i will need Canada then what happen i will not see my kids???

nope, and the cic is pretty strict when it comes to that, they deported someone earlier with 2 kids and 3-5 years of marriage after she had her pr because they think she married to get her pr then divorced a couple of years after and remarried

You'll need to qualify for PR independently through an economic immigration stream like Federal Skilled Worker / Express Entry. You can also try applying for PR under H&C based on the fact you have children in Canada. However H&C approval rates are low - so you're far better off applying under an economic immigration stream assuming you qualify.

so what i need to wait until i get my pr and then divorce? right now we just talking about divorce and still live at the same house???

If you stay together so you can get PR, knowing you intend to divorce later, that is immigration fraud (a serious criminal offence which can result in you being deported).

The purpose of you being sponsored by your spouse for PR is that you can live with your spouse. You don't intend to have a spouse, much less share your life with them. You are committing fraud (and the reason the process is slow and arduous for everyone else).

If you still live at the same address, divorce is still a minimum of one full year away. How much longer for your PR application, if you have an idea? Your best guess.

That is not the point. It is fraud to be already planning the divorce before getting PR. This class of immigration exists for people in a genuine relationship that is planning to continue. Why should the sponsor be stuck responsible for them for the next 3 years? Unless they are also part of the immigration fraud plan...This original poster's intentions are quite irksome to many on this forum.
