I would really suggest not applying inland but outland instead, as by the time you get your work permit through, in approximately 9 months after first stage approval, you could have had the whole application completed in about 3 months or so, which is what London is currently working at, as long as there are no issues.
Also, you do know that you have no right to appeal if you are declined inland, as well as you will not be able to leave the country in the 18 months you application will take to process?
Have you have considered all these elements prior to applying Inland, as hopefully you are aware you can be residing in Canada on a visitors visa and still apply outland?
