What Exchange Rate to be used from Nigeria. Can. dolla /Nig Naira

Since CIC said we should provide evidence of fund in Canadian dollars, what is the exchange rate that some body in Nigeria can use to convert Nigerian Naira to Canadian dollar. i.e what is the exchange rate of of naira to canadian dollar.
