What exactly mean arranged employment?

Hi,

I'm completing my husband's profile. We are already in Canada working with open work permit as a temporary resident, without a LMIA.
So he has a job and that job is NOC A.
Can this job grant the 600 points to us?
How this works?
I tried but I didn't find any specific information here or in the immigration website.
