Looks good for me .But are you gone attach the same doc for your wife, excluding the job offer part from canada.
Just to be on the safer side.Since i did the same.

i just including my wife passport copy and marry certificate
so later when she will apply immigration will know i am maried and my wife details

If your Application gets approved for work permit,then automatically your wife can apply for Spousal Open work permit.( which is her right by law). No need to make another application.
so its better you send her documents now.
Else it depends upon you.
