If you submitted biometrics, you will get this e-mail. Did you submit your biometrics details recently? You will receive 3 e-mails.

It just means your biometrics is submitted.

If you link your application online, then you will know decesion. If you can link the application, then you will have to wait and get the package to see the decision. VFS Global doesn't know if your application is approved or rejected, that is why they use the word "processed decision envelope".
