What does "you've passed your eligibility test" means ?

I received BVL on 25th-26th June.
Since then no updates for ppr.
Was finally able to connect to an agent with IRCC and she said that I have passed the eligibility requirements.

Does that mean ppr should come sooner or later ?

Congratulations, It's more likely a PPR.
Did they say the date you passed the eligibility?

Since a week i have been trying textnow app but it says same error every time "no numbers available"
I tried more than 20 codes :(
What to do

Keep on spamming area codes from provinces/territories with not a lot of people. I got mine from newfoundland and labrador (709) after a while.

Or try a paid app like skype or hushed. I could not find any number so had to pay for the call but was helpful
