Guys I got this message too, but I just submitted my application a few days back (15th December) I am very scarred that it's a rejection due to documentation issues or something. Can decisions be taken this quickly have any chance of being successful?

sir i get this mes from last 16th of january 2019..tracking id *********************** has been received at the Bangalore VAC on 2019/01/16 and is on transit to the IRCC Office in Bangalore ,for processing. sir still now not getting any of the information,my clg will start from the 2nd of feb 2019....sir when i will get the positive reply of my visa approval????.....can you please help me ????

What does - "Your processed decision envelope has been collected from Canada Visa application Center,New Delhi" mean?
I received this from vfs about a week ago(I applied Online).I applied for the study permit about a month ago and I am still waiting for the result.
