that means they are going to send it back now to visa centre and they will send it to you if you pay for the courier or you will pick up in person.

my family just got their sms message and it says

"Visa application, tracking ID No. 20181120***** Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2018-11-29 12:25:57 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO."

Im worried coz it says "processed decision envelope", I heard it should be " processed passport".
