Hi, my name is Hardik. I completed my BDS(Bachelor of Dental Surgery) graduation in Dec 2015 with an aggregate of 63 percent from Government Dental College in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Meanwhile, I have been operated on twice for brain tumor removal in 2013 and 2018. However, I got lucky, and no issues at present. So I applied for Health Information Management(HIM) course at St Lawrence College, Kingston for winter intake,2023. I have shown proper Dental clinic work experience from 2016 onwards to February 2022. Also, they approved my medical and so I thought that I would get a Canadian study visa. But to my surprise, I got a mail saying
'I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.'
Give me your advice, What should I do? Should I reapply with modifications in SOP once again to give more clarification regarding my work experience?
Let me know if any additional information is required from your side to evaluate my profile.
