What does "Study Toward a Master's Degree" mean?

Hi there,

I am currently seeking to achieve the points provided by "2 or more post-secondary (3 year or longer post-secondary credential required)". I already have a Bachelor's Degree certified by WES. I am currently studying a Master's Degree (1 year completed out of the 2 years it lasts), Can this 2 semesters of the Master's Degree qualify as "Study Toward a Master's Degree" so I can obtain the extra points from "2 or more post-secondary (3 year or longer post-secondary credential required)" ?

If i am not wrong points can only be claimed after completion of your program.

Only completed degrees count anyways for cic.
